Napaporn Chansri arrived from Bangkok Thailand to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2006 as part of an internship program at her Hotel and Tourism Industry School, after traveling through Asia and a training program in England she returned to Aspen in late 2009. She married Chef Manny Diaz formerly from the Little Nell and Jimmy's Restaurant & Bar among other fine Aspen hospitality icons and Patrick the youngest member of the family attends Basalt Elementary school, growing in a reatsurant oriented family expect to see Patrick very often at Mod's Thai House.
Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
We want to stay true to Thai flavors and traditions and we go a long way to source real Thai ingredients combined with locally sourced ingredients to present the best of two worlds.
